What we collect

• Your email address, so you can sign in.
• The audit reports you create, including the cleaned dispute rows (IDs, dates, amounts, reasons, outcomes) and your store name.
• Codes you redeem and how many audits you have used.

What we remove

When you upload a file, columns that look like customer data (names, emails, phones, addresses, card details) are dropped, and stray emails, phone numbers, and card numbers inside other cells are masked. This happens before anything else runs. We do not keep your original file.

Who processes your data

• Supabase stores accounts and reports.
• Vercel hosts the app.
• Anthropic (Claude) may read the already-cleaned dispute labels to match unusual reason or status names and to word your fixes. Customer data is removed before this step.
